Submit Application
Complete our online application form. It takes less than 20 minutes. A $85 application fee is required.
Provide Documents
Submit official transcripts, two letters of recommendation, and a personal statement of faith.
Admissions Interview
Meet with an admissions counselor to discuss your calling, goals, and program fit.
Receive Decision
Admissions decisions are typically communicated within 2–3 weeks of receiving a complete application.
Admission Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (for graduate programs)
- Minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale
- Two letters of recommendation (one academic, one pastoral)
- Personal statement of faith (500–800 words)
- Official transcripts from all previously attended institutions
- Completed application form
- Interview with admissions committee (by invitation)
International Students
We welcome students from around the world. International applicants must additionally provide proof of English proficiency (TOEFL iBT 80+ or IELTS 6.5+) and a copy of their passport.
Transfer Students
Credits from accredited institutions may be transferable. Submit official transcripts and a course description for evaluation. Up to 12 graduate credits may be accepted.
Non-Degree Students
Audit individual courses or enroll in certificate programs without pursuing a full degree. Simplified application process available.

Medical & Emergency Withdrawals
Students experiencing documented medical conditions, emergencies, or hardships may request a Leave of Absence, Course Extensions, Tuition Credit Consideration, or Medical Withdrawal. MCBC will provide reasonable accommodations when possible.
* Tuition and fees are for the 2026–2027 academic year and are subject to change. Students who withdraw must submit an official written withdrawal request through the Registrar or Student Services Office.
