Our Collaborative Model

Education Beyond the Classroom

MCBC operates through a collaborative model that integrates education, ministry leadership development, workforce readiness, mentorship, and community support. Through these partnerships, the College is able to extend its impact beyond traditional classroom instruction and create practical pathways toward personal growth, leadership development, employment readiness, and long-term community engagement.

MCBC's partnership approach is built on the understanding that successful outcomes require more than education alone. Participants often benefit from mentorship, encouragement, emotional support, digital literacy assistance, workforce preparation, and practical life guidance.

By collaborating with organizations that provide these complementary services, MCBC is able to support the "whole person" while improving participant engagement, retention, leadership growth, and long-term success.

Many MCBC students and leaders have emerged from the ministry training and discipleship environment established through this partnership.

Ministry & Instructional Partner

Stockton Word of Faith Christian Center

This partnership strengthens MCBC's ability to provide direct community engagement, hands-on ministry development, mentorship, and practical leadership experiences.

Workforce & Community Development Partner
